Estimated Delivery Times for Standard Ground Shipping
Note: Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM Central Time. Products are shipped from Tennessee.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO - PLEASE READ IT:
We do NOT process orders on weekends or holidays. If you order on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed on Monday morning. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of being processed.
WE NO LONGER PROVIDE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING SERVICES. 2nd Day Air is available at checkout. Please see the rate schedule for cost information.

How long does it usually take to get my order?

Expect between 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are shipping only in the USA.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
|
Only Texas residents pay sales tax at 8.25%. Your tax will be calculated for you and added to your order. Currently purchases made over the internet other than those in my home state are tax free.

What shipping companies do you use?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and PayPal.

Are your products guaranteed?
|
Yes. We only sell high quality product and we guarantee you will be happy with it. We will refund your money if the item is damaged or defective, or if possible, ship a replacement item. Returns for other reasons are handled on a case by case basis. Please email your concern to Sales@CrossesAndChristmas.com and we will resolve them.

What is your return policy?
|
If you receive your item damaged or defective, we will refund your money less the shipping & handling paid, or ship a replacement item if possible. We require notification and return within 10 business days of receipt. Your notification email should state in the Subject Line that you are returning the item and the item number. Please list the order number and your reason for the return. You will be contacted promptly with instructions on how and where to send the item and will receive an RA (Return Authorization) number.
